About the lab
A personal archive
of working software.
XF Dev Lab documents real software projects: the problems they address, how they are built, and where they stand today.

Not a corporate showcase.
Not a content blog.
The goal is not to fill pages with extra categories. It is to make existing personal software projects understandable, inspectable, and accessible, with project status and live links presented exactly as they are.
Working method
From judgment to delivery
- 01
Narrow the problem first
Define the goal, use context, and boundaries so implementation stays centered on a real need.
- 02
Ship a usable version early
Validate the direction with real content and critical paths in software people can operate.
- 03
Preserve the reasoning
Record technical choices, product trade-offs, and current status instead of leaving only a final screenshot.
- 04
Keep verifying delivery quality
Use type checks, production builds, and static-output verification so the portal remains runnable and deployable.
